Premium member already and now getting free premium from my mobile provider

I've been a premium member for a while now and it's charged from my credit card monthly. Now I've made a mobile phone agreement with Sonera (Finland) and the agreement comes with a 24 month free Spotify premium. Is it possible to stop the credit card charge and keep the Spotify Premium (same account, same playlists) without a break? How do I do that?
