Premium member switched to Family Premium and lost ALL my playlists

Premium member switched to Family Premium and lost ALL my playlists

I was a current Premium member and upgraded to Family Premium, I lost ALL of my playlists and it keeps redirecting me to sign up for a trial!!! In the mean time, I am being charged for the privelige of being on a TRIAL!!!!!

Hey @micktheyank,

 

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase?
 

In it, it shows the Spotify username you paid for:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use it, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
