Premium not activated/ cant log in

I have 2 issues. Firstly i registered for Premium30 day trial & have not been able to use it. Second.... i cant log in which is my own fault because i have no idea what user name i used or pass word when i registered. Sounds like im dumb but far from it im just fed up with the annoying task of registration daily with new accounts, too impatient probably.
