Premium not activating

Premium not activating

I purchased premium (confirmed by email) and my account is still listed as free even after signig out and back in. Please help!

If you receive an automatic email from Spotify, respond to it (even if it is from no-reply) and someone will get to you ASAP.

Sorry for the trouble! Premium usually activates instantly. 

 

I suggest you contact support so they can help you activate the premium.
