Premium not allowing me to make payment

Premium not allowing me to make payment

I have been using premium for a long time and just received a message saying that my payment would not work.  Went in several times with the same payment card used previously as well as trying different cards and the same message keeps popping up.  I sent a message to the help desk and they said check the community and support, which I already had done, and there was nothing relating to my problem.  If anyone has a solution that would be marvelous.
