Premium not working although payment done

Dear Spotify Community, 

 

I hope you are all doing well. 

 

I am part of a family plan, and it is usually paid on the 8th of everymonth, this has been the case since 2016. Although this month was paid on the 8th of Jan 2018, all of the family plan members are now on free spotify and we are no longer premium. Can I know where is the problem and how to solve it?

Hey @ahmedabdalla, welcome to the Community!

 

Try inviting them again to see if they're able to join. We also suggest you ask them to check their email inbox for an email from Spotify asking them to verify their physical address.
