Premium not working on any device other than on desktop

Premium not working on any device other than on desktop

I upgraded to premium some months ago and have been receiving receipts for the monthly payments, but no matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall the app on both my iPhone and iPad, the premium doesn't show in my account, only on my desktop version.

 

How can I fix this?

Hi!

 

That is not good!

 

Are you defiently signed into the correct account?

 

Just to make sure that the premium is not there, have you tried to 'Download' a playlist - did it come up with an error?

 

If all the above applies, I will leave this to a Spotifty staff member to deal with.

I only have the one account so I'm fairly sure I'm logged in correctly.  It's definitely not on premium - I can't download anything to play offline and I get adverts etc.

Sorry I canot be any use really, this may be an account issue, I am sure Spotify can deal with it, I find if you tweet them over at @SpotifyCares they will be able to assit, and are generally quicker!
