Premium not working

Premium not working

 This morning I tried to log in the Spotify and I was surprised when I heard an ad   So when I logged in I saw that my count was only the free version and then I had to pay for the premium but for the last six months or nine months I have had premium been paying 1299 every month  I log onto my bank account and see that on September 11, 2015 I was charged three times for 1299 and on September 12, 2015 today I was charged twice for 1299. I understand that iTunes will be refunding me all five or four of the charges but I'm curious to why I do not have premium anymore as nothing has changed with my credit card

I have also tried troubleshooting every way possible by logging out and logging back in and also reinstalling the app turning my phone on and off
