This is the second time Spotify has taken my money and has not given me my premium account! I've paid for Spotify for a about a year now and last month they paused my subscription but then it automatically took out money from my account for this new month and I still don't have my premium back! What do I do?!
You might get an automated email from them saying to check the Community etc. even if it is a No reply address... Reply straight back and this will be queued for a Spotify Support Agent to reply back as soon
