My Question or Issue
I cannot seem to get my student premium account to work. I have checked that the bank payment has been taken and have logged out of and back into the account on all devices. I have checked that the account and the card are linked and and I have checked on both username and email. I have also checked both through my app and through a browser. When I check check my student details it says that the email is in use. However when I log in into the app or browser it just shows as free Spotify with the option to upgrade to premium.
