Premium not working

Ive been subscribed to the premium for a while now with no problems until a few days ago. It now says my accounts under free but when i look online it says my subscription was renewed on 1/1/15 i also cant edit any of my payment or subsription settings. It says i have no payment method set up but right underneath that it says my subscription was renewed. Ive deleted an reinstalled the app few times to no effect. In the app itself if i go to account settings it says free but theres no premium button. ive checked my email to see if maybe my payment was screwed up but i havent received any such email. I honestly dont know what to do at this point so any help would be nice

I cant even cancel the darn thing and make a new account either.
