Premium not working

Premium not working

I just purchased the student premium, but it's not upgrading my account. I got charged twice on my card as well..

 

What should I do?

Hi there,

 

You can double check first if the charges show as pending on your bank statement. If they do, most likely the funds will be returned back to your account (most of the times around 2 days, depending on your bank).

 

You can then try again to subscribe to the student discount here. More info about the student discount you'll find on this web page.
