Premium not working.

Premium not working.

I just upgraded to premium but still am seeing my account as free on my iPhone. I've reinstalled, followed the four steps, sent an email to contact support, and still nothing. Please help. My order # is 3491618404071<br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br> <br><br><br><br><br><br><br>

How long ago did you upgrade? Sometimes it takes a few moments for the changes to show.

I upgraded to premium about an hour ago. Still nothing.

im having the same exact issue. it would be nice if they had a customer service hotline. Emailing is so inefficient for something like this. They also sent me a very generic reply with the same "solutions" which were posted on their site. I have yet to get it to work.

 

i bought premium at 3:30~ pm and its now 7:14pm. i have still yet to use any premium benefits. if this isnt fixed by tomorrow im canceling -.-

Sorry to hear the trouble! Have you checked back since the initial post to see if this is corrected? Also, have you contacted Support as of yet?

Is your account showing as premium on your online overview?

 

If it is showing as premium then you should be good to go! Sometimes a quick log out and back in again is needed. If you are still having issues, try a clean reinstallation of the application. 

 

If your account is still showing as free then you have not logged into the account you have upgraded. Double check your details, its amazingly easy to accidentally have two accounts, one with a Spotify username and another using your Facebook details. The username of the account you have upgraded is shown in the email receipt/confirmation. You need to log in using that username unless it is a number in which case you need to log in using your Facebook details.
