Premium offer doesn't work

Almost about a month ago, I have bought spotify Premium for three months, for which I only had to pay for one month. It was an offer. Unfortunately, I only received one month Premium, which is almost over. I have written a message three weeks ago but didn't get a response. Can I please get help?

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. I also recommend checking your spam/junk folder.

 

Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
