Hi!

I just bought 3 months spotify premium for 99DKK, or at leat I thought I did. It says, on my account, that I will have to pay again in a month. What can I do about this? I don't wan't to pay again - I just want the offer, that I was promised.

May I know when did you revert your account to the Free service? And have you had any Winback offer/Spotify Family offer before?

Yes I did. It says that I will be charged again the 20th of June 2016 - a month from today. I have had an offer like this before - a few actually, but it didn't say anything about that being a problem.
