so i saw this premium offer for 0,99 euro for 3 months, clicked on it, asked me to pay 10 euro for 1 month, paid as I thought it is a one time thing, but now my subscription will end in january 28th... and it says I cant use the 0,99 euro offer because i already had premium once, I've never even had premium so thats bs... and they wont let me refund my 10 euro, any help?
