I'm paying for the premium package and im not able to play my music anytime when I'm all took 9.99 out my account and I'm not able to play my music as advertised.

Hello marshacash36! I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your subscription. Have you synced your playlists for offline usage previous to trying to listen to them offline? If you haven't, you can follow the instructions here to do so. If you have already done that and are still having troubles, please let me know and we can try and sort this out. Cheers!
