Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In them, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:
Username/ID: xxxxxxxYou can login with that username to the website to check the status of your subscription here:
If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

It's still not working
Like i paid today for 1 month it shows you have premium till January one month from now, but right above that it shows paused for some reason
I checked receipts, bank statements it all says that the payment has gone thru i even tried logging out and logging in several times nothing works

If you've already checked all the previous information and the subscription is still paused, since we don't have access to users account's in the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support directly, so they can check the payments in your account and help you further.
