Premium payment made but did not apply

Hi all,

Yesterday, my premium was about to expire so I wanted to update my account payment info and benefit from student discount while at it. I logged in through facebook, filled out payment info, but when it was time to provide a document to prove student status, I did not have it at the moment so I postponed it. Today, when I checked my bank account, I see that 6.99 TRY(location Turkey) has been withdrawn from my account in the name of Spotify to my surprise. I logged in through facebook so it is the same account. However when it asked for my email address, I provided my student email address rather than my facebook email address because I thought it would not matter thinking I logged in through facebook anyway and that was just another way to show I was a student. What do I do?

Sometimes, when you enter your payment information, the funds for he discount are placed on hold by your bank and show as pending. You can find all the info about this here.

Since the payment didn't go through and your account is still Free, the funds will go back to your account soon.
