Premium payment not working

Spotify just emailed me last night, says that they can't get my premium payment working and now i they need to update my payment details so i clicked the "keep spotify premium" below and i've put my sim number and clicked "change payment method" and it says unknown error. Now i don't know what to do. Please help me.

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to try again.

If you get the same error again, try reaching out to your service provider to get more info about this.
