Premium problem

I've been a preimum subscriber for some time. For the last three months I've paid via a gift card redeem code via http://www.spotify.com/redeem

 

My Mac app said I was expired today (1/11/2015) but on the web it says "You are registered for Spotify Premium until 2015-01-17. After this period your account will become a Spotify Free account." but then in the payment history it's even more messed up as the most recent gift card is listed as "Your premium subscription expires on February 12, 2015." and the other gift cards are NOT listed but obviously (invisibly) there since the previous payment was on 2014-09-17, no payments listed until a single gift card used 2014-12-14 - mind you, I used gift cards in Oct, Nov and Dec.

 

I would expect if I stopped using a gift card it would reset to using my default payment method.

 

What's the situation here?
