Premium que es ahora gratis

Hola,

Tengo una cuenta Premium, desde hace unos meses. Mi telefono movil se rompio y no puedo iniciar sesion premium en mi nuevo iPhone.

Sigo pagando, pero aparece cuenta gratis! Como debo hacer?

We hope you don't mind us replying in English. It sounds like you have two different Spotify accounts and are logging in on the one that's on Free. We suggest that you go through the steps provided here and see if it works out for you.

Also make sure to look for Spotify receipts in your inbox. The username of the Premium account is usually stated there, and you can use that to log in or reset or password.
