Hello, I was charged a day early for my subscription renewal. I had planned to cancel my subscription temporarily and re subscribe at a later date because of financial problems but $9 was removed from my credit car account before i could cancel or at least update my payment method. The bill was originally set for 11/04/2015 however the charge was made on 11/03/2015 . Is their anyway of rectifying this mistake?
Hello! You can try contacting Spotify using their contact form, but I am not sure if they will be able to help you. You can cancel your subscription even right after you activate it, and you won't lose your remaining Premium time.
