Hi,
Im trying to renew my premium student plan and i have entered my nus card number and dob but then i get to a page that says for verification purposes i have to enter my facebook password on the next page, i click ok and go to the next page and enter the password(it is correct in case you were wondering) adn then i click continue and it just brings me straight back to the page that says for verification purposes etc...
Anyone else getting this problem? Anyone know how to fix it?

Would it be possible to try a different browser at all? Also, since the redirect most likely requires a cookie, make sure you browser is not set to block cookies from third parties.

Got a reply from support to say it was all OK, the details had been processed OK even though I was stuck in the loop.

Had the same issue.
It worked by separating the Credit Card Number by spaces.
so instead of xxxxxxx
I did, xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxxx
