Hello so I’ve been using Spotify premium for some time and then all of a sudden my account got logged out for some reason and I couldn’t log back in even though I know my email and password were correct since I have both of them saved and written down. That isn’t the worst part. Now that I’m trying to log in and stuff it logs me into a free account and I’m still being charged 5$ for the premium student account and I’ve been trying to email you guys and delete my account but no one is responding which is frustrating. I want to delete my account but it doesn’t say anywhere that I have a premium account yet I’m still being charged.

I'd recommend checking if you can see any receipts here. If you don't see any, you're likely logged into a secondary account.


In that case, it's best to follow the steps here to find your primary account 🙂
