Premium subscription cancelled unwillingly!

Premium subscription cancelled unwillingly!

Hi Spotify,

My premium subscription seems to have been cancelled without my authorisation - I was last billed in Feb and March, but not for April. My credit card hasn't changed or expired, and given that the last two months were billed without issues I'm not sure why there is now a problem. Also, in my account settings, my subscription has reverted to 'Free' rather than 'Premium'.

In any case, it's very disappointing. Can you please advise ASAP why this may have occurred?

Many thanks,

Bryan

Hey @brayns,

Please bear in mind that the Community is not an official Spotify support service. It's a place where we all help each other, whether we work for Spotify or not. You can reach out to Spotify's Customer Service Team and they'll be happy to take a look backstage for you and let you know what the reason for this event was.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify's Customer Support usually replies within 24-48 hours 🙂

Alternatively, you can just re-subscribe to Premium on https://spotify.com/premium
