Premium subscription disappeared

Premium subscription disappeared

I cannot figure out why my premium subscription has just disappeared. I have gone thru the steps listed on the other thread and it's just taking me in circles. I am due to be billed TOMORROW. If I am billed and this has not been resolved I will be very angry.

Spotify, you have the WORST customer communications I have EVER dealt with.

Hey @user-removed,

 

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

 

If you still need to get in touch with customer support, you should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
