Premium subscription does not work

Hello,

I always get the message "product not available" when i choose a payment method for spotify premium. Some month ago I  had a spotify premium membership which I cancelled. But somehow I can't subscribe again?

Do you guys know that problem and a solution for this?

If you get in touch with the team using the online contact form one of the Spotify advisors will be able to help you get back up and running again. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
