Premium subscription missing

Hi everybody. I'm in trouble because we got a premium subscription (since 2018) but my son don't remember which account is. We tried some email address and we found two "basic" account. We have only paypal order number : P0BB932948 and paypal transaction number. Can somebody help us please? TIA.
