Premium subscription stopped after 2 weeks

Hello,

 

I purchase Spotify Premium, with the new year's promotion, (the 3 months subscription for $0.99), it was working fine but after about two weeks my account become free.

   - I try to logout and login again in several occasions but it still does not work.

   - i check my account overview and my account appears **bleep** free.

   - I check that i only have one account associated with my email.

 

What else can I try to do?

If you have your subscription confirmation and it’s still not appearing you may have created a second account and upgrade that one by accident.
