Premium through Rogers Wireless in Canada not working

Hi,

I gor a premium Spotify account through a Rogers wireless promotion. It worked for a while, but a couple of days ago it stopped working. Now I can a only have a basic account.

I followed the inatructions Rogers provided to get the promotions; in their system, it says I already have said premium account; Rogers tech support couldn't help; logging out and in again doest work.

Before I used the Rogers promotion, I had trial account.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
