Premium trial ended early

I signed up for a trial to spotify and after 2 days my trial ended.

I was of the understanding that this trial lasts for 30 days.

To dd, all my songs that I saved are no longer available offline, not sure if that is a premium feature only.

Spotify Is the absolute WORST!!! I'm deleting it. And telling anyone I can how annoying it is to use. We don't want to have to give out our credit card info for a FREE **bleep**ING TRIAL!! People get busy and forget to cancel **bleep** like that. Free means free. It doesn't mean free with conditions. Such bull**bleep**. I'll be sure to advertise for you on my business page as well. Negatively of course. I hate being ripped off. You're the Champs at it hey spotify? !
