Premium turned free

I tried out Premium on March 30th, 2016, for free. On April 29th, 2016, I subscribed to Premium for Family.

 

Today, I found out that my account is free.

 

I wonder why this is happening, why am I not charged, so I can continue to be on Premium for Family plan?

You might get a automated email from them saying to check the Customer Fourms etc. even if its a No reply address... Reply straight back and this will be queued for a Spotify Support Agent to reply back as soon
