Premium user and all Songs greyed out?

Premium user and all Songs greyed out?

I recently went overseas and was unable to play any of my Spotify music off line. I figured the laws were different or something. However upon returning to Australia all my music is still greyed out and unavailable. I am guessing I could just go download it all again but it is too much data to use up. And really annoying as I have already paid for it once. Anyone else have this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like the country on your account got changed. Double check the country on your account overview says "Australia". If it doesn't, try changing it by following the steps listed here. If you run into trouble changing your country or the country does say "Australia", then let me know so I can further troubleshoot! 🙂
