Premium user, but still have Ads when browsing for music?

I'm a premium user, under the student discount. I do not get ads between songs, and i can freely play whichever song id like on my mobile device. From my understanding any premium user was suppose to be 'ad free' but i still have the long ad window when browsing for music. Is this just a bug? Or since im under student premium I get some ads? Anyway to fix this problem?

Where is it? If it's in the browse section only, it's normal. Everyone has that even on premium. It's just an area for announcement of new songs and such and you can hide it. If it's showing up all the time in any page such as playlists, it might be already the time to contact support here Contact form . Hope this helps 🙂

The ad is always up, so its not just when I'm under the browsing tab. It even offers to go Premium to be "ad-free" lol. I'll have to use the contact form from the looks of it.
