Hello,
I seem to have two accounts now when logging back into my destop application.
I am a paying customer for premium but somehow lost everything and am showing a new account ID.
I think my old account ID was - 1234365949
new username:

Sounds like you managed to vreate a second account linked to the same email address. Don't worry, the support guys can fix this if you get in touch here. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, please reply to it to speed things along.

Can you check the status on this? I still do not have access.
Emre asked me for my infromation via email and I responded two days ago. Still no reply or restore in service. At this point how do I just cancel the payment because this is getting crazy.
