Premium went to a different account

Premium went to a different account

Paid for the premium account only it isnt working. I believe it went through my old email and spotify account which I have tried to access with no luck. I'd like to have premium on my current account but don't want to get charged double in 3 mon. Can anyone help me?

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage and sort out the details. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email. They usually respond within 48 hours.
