Premium went to wrong account

Premium went to wrong account

I paid for premium using my usual Spotify account. Yet on the digital receipt, it gave my premium to a different account, when I never logged into that account. Now I've paid for an account to have premium that I don't use, and I never logged in to that account to give it premium in the first place. I need to move premium to my actual Spotify account, the one I paid for. Please, can you help?

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community. Let's get to solving this! It'd be great if you could answer a cuple questions so we can nail down the problem.

 

Is this your account, but just the wrong one, or is is it an account you don't recognise all-together?

 

If you were on a shared computer when you bought Premium, Spotify might have been logged in to the wrong account. Did you check what account you were on when you made the purchase?
