Premium with a gift card

I was trying to get the 3 months of Premium for $9.99 with a gift card, but when I entered my gift card number, it charged me but I only have one month of Premium. Is there a way to fix that? Thank you

There seems to be some confusion here, @129964984. Gift cards can only be redeemed for no less than what's stated on the card itself.

As the 3-month offer goes on a recurring subscription, you needed to sign up using a credit/debit card or PayPal.
