Premium with hulu cancelled

My Question or Issue

My debit card was flagged with a fraud alert and my Spotify Premium with Hulu payment was declined because of that. the same day it got declined I got it taken care of but the hulu part of my subscription is gone.  Is there anyway to get it back because it was the faulty fraud alert that caused it to be declined.

The Hulu + Spotify subscription is no longer available but if you used to have it and only changed your payment details without cancelling the subscription, you should be able to get it back.
