I just signed up for student premium and it still says free account on my iPhone. How do I get to premium?

I did reinstall the app and it still says l have the free account. The email confirmation gave me a username number even though I log in with my Facebook info

It gave me a number username in the email so I believe it created a duplicate account and idk what to do. It works on my desktop but it won't work on my iPhone
