I'm try to send Spotify an email ?????
Basically you've taken a total of 79.92 from me but I've never received Premium, please arrange for a refund for goods never received.

Have you send that email? If you are not sure how to do it, you can use this contact form by following the steps and pressing the green "I still need help" button! A member of the Spotify staff will check your issue as soon as possible. To speed this along, you can reply to the no-reply mail they send, even though it says not to.
