I have a premium account through Rogers and I signed in with Facebook. But I deactivated my Facebook and I can't figure out how to change it. I've emailed Spotify many times and I'm still not getting help. I would enjoy to have my music back. Hoping someone can help me out because this is extremely annoying and frustrating.

We're not able to make changes to partner subscriptions such as Spotify through Rogers, so you'll need to speak to Rogers in order to switch things up. 

 

If you need help cancelling your old subscription, or you'd like to restart your subscription on a new Spotify account, reach out to the team and they'll provide more info.
