I would like to know why I took the offer of 3 months for 1, 10 euros and tells me that it will expire, that is 1 month. Since everyone has that offer, of course they don't give it to me ... and it's 3 months that they gave people in their time, which is when I bought the spotify premium. I only notify that I request the remaining 2 months.

Initially, please, check on your account page what is the current Premium plan available on your account and the date of the next billing.

I bought the offer of 3 months at the time and in the end it puts me that
expires on 17. and I bought the 3-month offer, which at that time was free,
for the test.

I took the 3-month test plus 1 month paid, so I don't have the 3-month
test, that's why I claim the 3-month test since I've paid 10 for it as I
put it, buy a month and they give you 3 proof

In your situation, I suggest that you contact the Customer Support team to get help with it. Just go on there and choose the best channel for you and explain your issue or doubt. Someone will help you as soon as possible.

The Customer Support team usually replies within 24-48 hours by email.
