I paid for a year long subscription of spotify premium a few months ago, but now it's saying that I no longer have premium. I've tried logging out and then logging back in three times now and it hasn't worked.

Have you guys rectified your problem.?

I'm having the exact same problem. I just paid a one-year subscription of $135 CAD, and nothing works, including the Spotify Mac app and the website. This is extremely frustrating and I want a full refund if they don't get back to me soon. Username: spacetripper-ca
