I am new to spotify, have just upgraded my prepay plan to the $29 plan which gives u the premium spotify free but im not sure how does that start, iv looked everywhere to start this but it keeps asking for my account number to buy it but i dont want 2 buy it as i should be getting free on the plan.?. can anyone help me or have i got it all wrong? I am signed up with spotify and have just used the 7 day trial but it has ran out so wanting to sort out getting the premium on my plan.

Welcome to the community!

I'm not sure what you mean by "prepay plan", but it looks like you have a bundle through your mobile/internet/tv carrier.

If that is the case, then you'd need to contact your plan provider (mobile/internet/tv carrier), and request them to apply the Spotify Premium on your account.
