Find out if you have redeemed the card on the wrong account by accident. Perhaps on the account of a family member that was logged in at the time when you tried to redeem the card. Be sure to as well check your cards balance to see if the payment went through or not.
If the money hasn't been taken from your card yet, try to subscribe again but this time via an incognito browsing session.

I have used the code at the right account and it worked i have the money on the account but i didn't get spotify premium... When I open spotify i still have the free version... Thats all i know so I cant give more information
