Hello everyone,

I got a free spotify premium trial for a month about and that one is finished now, but my dad has bought me at that same time premium for a year. I do not know how to fix my premium now, because my account is on free again. I have a mail from spotify with the confirmation of the payment. How can I put the account on premium again? Spotify is on my laptop (windows) and on my phone (android).

Hi there,

If your Premium Payment did successfully go through and your Status is showing as free, it's possible that your dad may have activated it on another account.
