Premiun account downgraded

Hi,

 

I have a premiun account, I paid for 12 months in advance the 22 of november 2012. For two weeks it worked perfectly but today I logged out for the first time and when I logged in again my playlists were gone and the account was a Free trial account. I paid for my premiun account with a gift card and I still have all the reference numbers and the pin number.

 

In my subscription status it says that it is a Free one, which is isnt because I have already paid for a Premiun account for the next 12 months, and I did use the correct log detail.

 

I would also like to mention that I changed my facebook password two days ago, I dont know if that has anything to do with it but please fix this problem. I have already contacted you through the other option and have received no response.

Hi Paularomero - Sound like you've definitely made a second account with your Facebook. 

 

I'm sure we can track down your original Premium account. Just pop us an email using the contact form. If you get an automated response please reply again. 

I did send an email using the contact forum and have received an automated response and replied back but have recieved no asnwer. Please, I need to track back my original account, I have paide 101 euros for 12 months and I am not happy with the current situation.
