Prenium account not detected anymore

Hi,

i'm a prenium user since a while now and recently, my spotify account (linked with my facebook one) says i'm using spotify free. This is rather strange since i can see the payement confirmation from the 1 October in my mailbox.

Is this a know problem? How can i get back my prenium account or aty least stop paying for a service i don't have anymore...

Hello, @user-removed! That'd mean you have two separate accounts using the same login. In this case, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form and they will be able to get this sorted out for you. If you get an automated reply directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly.
